Processing Time Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Estimates All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

• Standard delivery: 3–8 business days after dispatch
• Express delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Total estimated delivery time: 4–11 business days from order date
• Remote areas may take longer

Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide.

Heat-Sensitive Items Some cosmetics may soften or melt in high temperatures. Beauty Direct 2U cannot guarantee heat-related stability during transit.
