Your ACL Rights

You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure.

Hygiene Restrictions

For health and safety reasons, Beauty Direct 2U cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used beauty products
• Swatched makeup
• Unsealed skincare
• Fragrances with broken seals
• Used tools (brushes, sponges, rollers)

Change of Mind

Accepted only for unopened, unused items in original packaging within 30 days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days with photos and proof of purchase.

Allergic Reactions

Refunds are not offered for reactions. Customers must review ingredient lists and patch test.
